The heating film is coating on the plate uniformly. For the plate is cleanness, the heating film and ceramic plate can adhere very well. At the same time, the uniform film can ensure the uniform temperature of the heating film.
Heating film contains two layers, adhesion layer and heating layer. Explaining it as follow:
- Adhesion layer:
Adhesion layer works to increase the combination of ceramic plate and heating metal layer. They don¡¦t strip after continuous expand when hot and shrink when cold.
- Heating layer:
The material of heating layer is complex metal. Traditional heater is all linear type but our heater is coating on the plate with plane type. Our plane heater has good hot transfer (electric saving) and small size (light and handy). |
